# Terms and Conditions **RoamAwayUK (roamaway.uk)** *Last updated: June 2025* --- These terms explain how RoamAwayUK works and what you can expect when you buy from us. We've written them in plain English — no jargon, no small print surprises. --- **1. What We Sell** RoamAwayUK sells eSIMs for use in 190+ countries worldwide. Each eSIM gives you a data plan for a specific destination or region, purchased through our website at roamaway.uk. --- **2. Device Compatibility — Your Responsibility** eSIMs are generally compatible with iPhone XS and later models, and most Android smartphones released from 2020 onwards. However, not every device supports eSIM technology, and some network-locked handsets may be incompatible even if they're recent models. It is your responsibility to confirm your device is eSIM-compatible before purchasing. If you're unsure, check your device settings or manufacturer's website. We're happy to help point you in the right direction, but we cannot make compatibility decisions on your behalf. --- **3. Delivery** There's nothing to post. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a QR code by email — usually within minutes. You scan the QR code to install your eSIM directly onto your device. No physical SIM card will be sent. Please make sure the email address you provide at checkout is correct. If your QR code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder first, then contact us. --- **4. Refunds** We offer a refund if your eSIM has not been installed or activated. If you've changed your mind or found your device isn't compatible, get in touch before scanning the QR code and we'll sort it out. Once an eSIM has been installed or activated, we're unable to offer a refund. This is because the product has been delivered and used. We'd encourage you to double-check compatibility before purchasing. --- **5. Data Plans and Validity** Your data plan's validity period begins when you first connect to a network using your eSIM — not from the date of purchase. So there's no rush to install it before your trip. Once activated, the countdown begins, so we'd recommend installing it just before you travel. --- **6. Liability** We work with reputable network partners to give you reliable coverage, but we cannot control everything. RoamAwayUK is not liable for network outages or coverage gaps in your destination, issues caused by device incompatibility, or problems arising from incorrect installation of your eSIM. We always recommend following the installation instructions provided with your QR code carefully. --- **7. Support** Got a question or a problem? We're here to help.
