Follow the simple setup steps below for iPhone or Android.
iPhone — XS and newer
Compatible with iPhone XS, XR, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and newer devices.

Open Settings

Tap Mobile Data → Add eSIM

Select Use QR Code

Scan the QR code from your RoamAwayUK email
5
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation

Make sure Data Roaming is turned ON once abroad
Android — Samsung, Pixel & newer devices
Most Android phones from 2020 onwards support eSIM.

Select Add eSIM or Add mobile plan

Scan the QR code from your RoamAwayUK email

Follow the prompts to activate your eSIM

Turn Data Roaming ON before travelling
